Since 1995, the principals at WES Equity Investments have built a solid track record as a successful commercial real estate investment and management firm in Southern California.  Our company specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment and development of commercial properties throughout California and the Southwest.  We acquire projects with the keen goal of maximizing value of each property with persistence and uncompromising integrity.  The strength of our continuing relationship with investors, lenders, tenants and brokers are a direct result of our ability to consistently exceed expectations.

Our success includes total preservation of invested funds.  No one including our lenders has ever lost any principal invested in any of our projects.  Our company invests in income producing properties using a variety of investment vehicles.
